Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date

  • Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Exchanges: Not accepted


2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at information@movewitheasestore.com or call +1 (843) 994-6479 within 15 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions for shipping the item back.


3. Return Shipping

  • Method: Returns must be sent by mail

  • Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and labels

  • Shipping Recommendation: Use a trackable method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)


4. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This does not apply to items returned due to defects or shipping errors.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued


6. Return Address
Return addresses vary depending on the product and vendor. You’ll be provided with the correct return address when your return is approved.
Do not ship returns to our office without prior authorization.
