Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

When will my order arrive?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also use the “Track My Order” tab in our site menu or visit https://movewitheasestore.com/apps/track123

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges.

How can I start a return?

Email us at information@movewitheasestore.com or call +1 (843) 994-6479 within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This does not apply to defective or incorrect items.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Where do I send my return?

Return addresses vary by product. You’ll get the correct address once your return is approved. Do not ship returns to our office without prior authorization.
